How quickly we reply
We answer support enquiries within two business days as a rule. Requests about your personal information are answered as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 20 working days after we receive them, as the Privacy Act 2020 requires. For your security we may ask you questions to confirm your identity before we release any account details.
