GameEnergySport is exclusively a free-to-play social gaming and entertainment service. All games, simulations, leaderboards, and features are designed purely for amusement.

• No real money gambling, cash betting, or financial wagering takes place on this platform.
• Virtual points, coins, energy tokens, and credits are provided strictly for gameplay demonstration purposes and carry zero monetary value.
• Virtual credits cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for fiat currency, real money prizes, physical merchandise, or any tangible rewards.
• Practice, gameplay mastery, or high scores achieved on GameEnergySport do not imply or guarantee future success at real money gambling venues.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age in jurisdictions where required by law for social gaming and simulated gambling interfaces) to access or use the services of GameEnergySport. By accessing this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable legal age criteria in your country, state, or region of residence.

FitEnergySport LLC reserves the right to request proof of age or verify eligibility at any time and may terminate or restrict access immediately if underage usage is detected.

All content, source code, visual interfaces, graphics, logos, illustrations, audio clips, animations, and software underlying GameEnergySport are the exclusive intellectual property of FitEnergySport LLC, its software licensors, or authorized syndication partners (including Softgames, Famobi, GameDistribution, and Mascot Gaming).

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view and play the games for individual entertainment. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, republish, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written authorization from FitEnergySport LLC.

GameEnergySport may feature, showcase, or link to external mobile applications such as Chicken Runner on the Google Play Store. When accessing third-party stores or downloading apps, your interactions are governed additionally by the terms and privacy practices of the respective application marketplace and software developer.

FitEnergySport LLC does not charge any download fees on this portal for third-party games linked through official platforms.

You agree to use GameEnergySport in compliance with all applicable laws and respect the community. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Using automated bots, macro scripts, or exploit software to manipulate games or leaderboard scores.
• Attempting to breach, probe, or compromise server security or network infrastructure.
• Submitting fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or abusive messages via our contact interfaces.
• Impersonating FitEnergySport LLC executives, staff, or other community members.

Leaderboards, high scores, energy ranks, and digital badges displayed on GameEnergySport are intended solely for friendly community competition. FitEnergySport LLC reserves the right to reset, calibrate, modify, or remove leaderboard records at its sole discretion, especially in cases where anomalous gameplay, network latency errors, or unauthorized manipulation is detected.

GameEnergySport and all associated games, tools, and content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. FitEnergySport LLC expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that game servers will be free of technical interruptions, bugs, server downtime, or browser compatibility errors across all legacy operating systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither FitEnergySport LLC, its CEO Edward Gilson, directors, employees, affiliates, nor licensors shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, GameEnergySport or any third-party games.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, device malfunctions, data corruption, or personal interruption, even if FitEnergySport LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FitEnergySport LLC, its corporate officers, directors, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your unauthorized use of the platform.

Our website incorporates iframed game engines and links to third-party content providers. FitEnergySport LLC does not control and is not responsible for the independent content, availability, or operational protocols of third-party network hosts. Inclusion of external games does not constitute an endorsement beyond their free social entertainment value.

FitEnergySport LLC reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, GameEnergySport (or any game contained therein) with or without prior notice. You agree that FitEnergySport LLC shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and the federal laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the jurisdiction of Bourbonnais, Kankakee County, Illinois.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and FitEnergySport LLC regarding GameEnergySport and supersede all prior understandings.
